Exclusive ScrubAir 4-stage Hood/Chrome Separator
Trouble-free and efficient, and no remote control device required!
Do you have to chronically replace the hoods, duct and inlet transition on your remote chrome separators because of leaks caused by chromic acid oxidizing of the PVC or FRP material, resulting in downtime and violations? By removing all the chromic acid mist in the hood before it enters the duct system, your ventilation system remains trouble-free and efficient, and no remote control device is required!
Exclusive Hood/Chrome Separator Combination Units are designed to:
- Surpass the new Federal EPA emission mandate for hexavalent chrome of .006 mg/dcsm guaranteed!
- Eliminate excessive maintenance normally associated with composite mesh pad systems – ScrubAir unique gradual step-down design Chrome Separators are proven to require the least amount of maintenance of any composite mesh pad system in the industry.
- Reduce the amount of water required to rinse down the pads – this ScrubAir unit uses the least amount of water of any technology currently available. This minimal amount of rinse water can gravity-drain back to the process tank resulting in zero waste.
- Eliminate cumbersome cartridges which break and require extra space to access – ScrubAir pads slide into a grid which is assembled in the vessels.
