specifically for the client’s convenience. ScrubAir provides odor control systems
on a variety of difficult applications. ScrubAir odor control systems installed on
onion processing lines produce excellent results by increasing the quality,
efficiency and productivity, as well as greatly improving the working conditions
for employees.
- To reduce odors to non-detectable levels (or an acceptable level per the client’s approval)
- To reduce cost and maintenance associated with conventional odor control technology
- Fabricated from white or grey 1/2″ thick PVC
- Polypropylene, CPVC, FRP and Stainless Steel available
- Stage I – Kimre® composite mesh pad mist eliminator
- Stage II – IV – Activated carbon designed per specific odor composition
- Designed for 500 feet per minute velocity through the media
- Magnehelic gauges provided on each stage to monitor pressure drop
- Clear hinged and bolt-on access doors with convenient spin-off knobs to allow access to all components of the unit
- Lantec Products® Q-Pac polypropylene random dump pack
- Water spray with chemical addition
- pH control – sodium hydroxide
- Oxidation chemical addition – bleach or hydrogen peroxide
- Composite mesh pad mist eliminator
- Removable spray headers
- Vertical seal-less recirculation pumps
- 4-Stage design with removable filters
- Clear hinged and bolt-on access doors with convenient spin-off knobs to allow access to all components of the unit
- Pressure drop gauge for each stage
